hks nur spec?

does anyone know if a hks nur spec catback on a s14 would pass smog? and how does it sound...loud?

Blitz makes the Nur, not HKS. The BLITZ Nur Spec is pretty loud. You won't pass smog in CA with that, no pressure to open the EGR. Your NOx will be higher than allowable. I can almost guarantee it.
