OK, then you turn your MBC down....its as easy as that....so you have to get out of your car, and open your hood....all im saying is there is no need to be able to turn it up or down on the 'fly' from the ****pit...its just a luxury feature....a MBC will allow you to turn your "20psi 450hp" boost down when driving it on the street if you want.......

PS, if you have 450rwhp, and a properly tuned car, like i said, your engine wouldnt have a problem, and it would be safe....if you dont know what your doing, thats another thing....there are plenty of 450whp 20+psi running SR20det's very safe on the street, but they are tuned right, and built right.
