do i need to preload these before i put them on? on another installation guide for coilovers they said you had to preload them before and i was wondering if i needed to do it for these? still debating if i'm gonna install it with my friends or just have a shop do it becuase i spent $1640(shipped) for them and i dont wanna fuk em up. also will they fit with stock steelies?

I didn't preload mine. Install the things yourself but make sure you have PB Blaster and a breaker bar.

Is this for S13 or S14? If S14, what spring rates did you get?

im actually not sure, thought they all came with the same springs? but guess not. my friend ordered them for me through his friend and i was never asked for what spring rate i wanted.fock. they dont have anything on their site about spring rates either so i dont know what options are there. where can i find the different options? oh yeah, its for an s13.
