hks hiper

was wondering who already did the hks hiper exhaust on their 240. was wondering how much hp gain is there with the pipe 65mm and the tip at 115mm. im lokking for something that is not to loud but sounds good and something that has good performance. thanks dustin

wondering the same question? what about headers on it as well? I dont want anything too loud nor ricey/bumblebee. Does the system have a resonator?

I had the HKS hyper on my ka24de along with a Hotshot header and a Random Technology Cat.It was very loud!! But sounded pretty good.nice and deep.As for gains with it,I did see a little more pull on top end.Above 4000rpms.Very nice exhaust.and yes it does have a resonator.

well i honestly think finding a quiet exhaust with a relatively straight low restrictive flow on a 240 is near impossible. Also if you add headers expect it to be louder.

I personaly have a brm exhaust, which adds a little bit of power from about 3500 rpms to the rev limit. however it is one of the loudest exaust i have heard. My solution to making it quiet is adding a turbo

ha.. yea it would be one expensive exhaust then. Thanks for all the input. Still debating if I should get the BRM. I heard those are really nice as well!

I've got a 85mm Hi-power and I love it. It's very quiet on my car, but then again I'm turbo and have a resonated test pipe. Overall though, an extremely well made exhaust.
