hks hi power vs stillen exhaust

hi im ryan and i was wondering what you guys think about the two...and another thing...are they carb legal and will they pass smog because i they both come with an h-pipe right? i live in CA thats why im kinda worried....thanks G whizz

They are both great exhausts...but I went with Stillen as I love the sound and was advised when I was shopping around it boasts the best hp increase. Needless to say I have no regrets. If you check the sticky thread at the top where it says modification database, there is a link in there with exhaust sound clips. As far as the legal aspect, I am in Canada and we do have different regulations here, I am very confident they both meet all requirements.If you are going that route and are looking for an exhaust. Can I start a drive so I can get the R1 titan exahust...it's only 2600 bucks. I think I will be going with the hks myself once I get that money together haha. First I will do the popcharger,ztube,plenum spacer and so forth mods.
