HKS GT2540 is on!

Got the hog running last night HKS GT2540, HKS dump pipe and a rom tuned ecu, the wg is set on about 12.5 and it ****ing hauls *** spools WAY quicker and topend pull is insane, i cant wait for some fc 550's and about 16-17 psi should meet my 320whp goal hopefully. I love that this turbo is about as direct bolt on as they get for the rb20-25.

One thing i noticed is people talking about how there car seems like it "has run out of steam" about a year after i put the motor in the tach would go to 8 no problem but recently i noticed it has gotten kind of "ka" style in the uper rpm's slow and ****ty, well now it like a virgin again its hard to keep up with the rpm's, so i guess my problem was just a ****y old turbo....and when i shut it down after getting home as i was walking away you could hear it spinning lol, now i need a turbo timer damnit.

sweet sounds like where I am going with mine. Im using the hks gt2530 though. Already have the rx7 545cc densos and the z32 mafs, just need a rom tune to install them. What kind of ecu tune are you going to use? Power FC? rom tune? something else?

yeah im gonan go with rx7 fc 550's, z32 maf not sure on e the tune shouldnt be too hard to find someone ROM, im not one of those guys looking for 500hp out of this motor, so nothing too crazy i want to keep it reliable.
