What does everyone know about these, I'm looking at there GT3037 and GT2835 kits and they list on site for over 4g but I can't find anything on the net or the forum about them. I've found that the GT30 can support over 400whp and the GT28 alittle less.Next question is they have specific model kits and is there a difference in S13 and S14 exhuast manifolds? Would this mean putting a S13 SR in a S14 would limit me to the S13 kits only....Thanks for the help-James

S13 motor gets S13 Turbo Kits... if not some parts wont fit without modification. The 3037 is a bit large in my opinion, I prefere the 2835R.

the 3037 you can get over 450whp....the 28 around the 350-380 level.....the 28 fits the stock manifold afaik

Hmm well I got enough mixed answers and decided to try and talk to HKS, I talked with them and they seemed to think I could use the S14 GT3037 kit on a S13 motor in a S14. Dunno though, kinda hard to gage that, considering it is SEMA week and he admitted to not be the resident expert on SR20DETs. The Kits included either GT30 or GT28 turbos with ss mani, and external wastergate, kinda pricey but I guess that is what you get if you want the good shizzle, GT3037.-James

well 1 they wont say it will fit either, since its made for rhd...if you have a s13 motor, you get a s13 kit, if you have a s14 motor you get a s14 kit...it doesnt matter which car its going into....and the ex. mani will most likely need to be modified to fit the ext. wastegate

Last I checked the waste gate hit the steering column, same with the greddy units, they will work though if you modify them a bit.

I H8 UR DSM HKS makes any GT turbo kit come with internal wastegate so I don't have to worry about the wasteage brocking steering wheel?

most likely it would fit, especially a 28, that fits the stock manifold : ), so i would 'imagine' that its none of the runners would hit the stearing column, since the stock one doesnt...but i couldnt say for sure, ya know....

With the right ems, cams, etc....you can 400whp out of the 2835 turbine kit. There is no problems with the 28 series hitting the steering column either. If you go to http://www.hksusa.com they confirm that the 28 series is the biggest you can use without it hitting the steering column.

I thought that all turbo kits that had problems clearing the steering shaft were ones that come with a s/s manifold and external wastegate. Seems to me that regardless of if you were putting it in any LHD car that you will have problems clearing the steering shaft. Also, I believe that HKS does make a turbo kit that bolts to the stock manifold and uses an internal wastegate. You should have no problems with the install if you get this setup.

The GT3037 doesn't have an internal wastegate option. Anything under that can have an internal wastegate if you want it to.
