has anyone successfully installed an HKS FCD on their s13 to get rid of the factory 180km/h speed limiter? My friend has one that was install on his celica all trac (3sgte) and will sell me for next to nothing. thanks for any help

The reason why he has that fcd on his all trac is because their ecu is program to cut their fuel at 12 psi. So in order for them to boost more than 12 psi they had to install the fcd, unplug the boost selenoid(will make stock boost gauge not functional), and/or upgrade ecu from Gforce or something.

What you're talking about is a speed limiter removal from HKS or Greddy.
