Does anybody know of any shops close to florida that can program these. Also does anybody know whether or not it is a standalone or piggy back, the website says standalone, but also says as easy to hook up as a piggy back so i am sorta confused!

It is a standalone. It's like a power fc as far as installation goes. I've also heard it's a really good system.
