The HKS carbon fiber Evo VIII recently set a new Tsukuba record of 54.739s !!! This car is amazing.

For those who don't know Tsukuba is like the Japanese equivalent of the Nurburgring, where everybody who's anybody in the tuner world goes to set record lap times.

Oh wow, they finally broke the 55 second barrior. I could have sworn it was going to be that sweet hot pink s15 i saw in a magazine a few days ago :(

If you wreck in that Evo though... you have a better chance at staying alive playing chicken with a train.

I don't know about that. It's rollcage looks like it would keep you pretty safe. Plus, it's a track car and Im sure they've designed it to keep you safe in the event of an accident.

Yeah, I hope they used dry carbon fiber body parts instead of wet...
