I have install questions about the evc IV

Is it ok to put the redline to the fitting on the turbo where the internal wastegate use to hook up and the blue line to the second picture.

this one for the third line and if this works then can I just cap the small line Im holding off.

Does it really matter where you put the nipples on the pipe? Just one before the intercooler and one after should work right?
