Do you have access to a fax machine? Companies like HKS and Apex-i are always willing to help customers out. If you get to the HKS website and get a contact number then they will be happy to fax you the manual for it. Apex-i did the same for me when i called them about the manuel for the AVCD boost controller. Got it faxed from california and i am all the way in the caribbean. Go about that route first. It is the easiest way to get the instruction manual.
