HKS EVC EZ & Everyone's Vacuum Setup *Help*

Guys, I have been looking on the forum for a thread I once saw but can't find now. I am looking for other people's vacuum setups with their Boost Controllers. I want to make sure mine is set up properly. My BOV is not blowing off like it should.. i'm not even sure if it's actually blowing off, I do hear the chatter when shifting gears but it kinda sounds like the back spooling noise. My boost controller is working great, just the bov is worrying me. If anyone could help i'd appreciate it. I have three ports on my unit.. one to the wastegate actuator, one going to a pressure source and one to a vacuum source.. I have my BOV teed off of the vac source very close to the stepping motor.
