I've got HKS hipermax coilovers on my 95 240 and im trying to figure out how to adjust the stiffness of them. The front is super stiff...pretty much absolutely no travel. It is really bouncy if the road isn't smooth. They were on it when I got the car a few days ago.

There should be a knob on the top of the coilovers that you turn one direction to soften, and the other way to stiffen. They'll remain fairly stiff though, compared to stock, as the rates of the shocks and springs are much stronger.

These dont have knobs on top, just the nut that holds the coilover together. Theres a knob on the bottom of the coilover, and i've turned it both ways and its still the same. And i dont care if its still stiffer than stock, these are beyond stiff...i might as well weld my suspension solid, because thats basically how the front is. When you jack one side up, the wheel drops slowly, not in relation to the amount its being jacked up.
