HKS CAMP 2 ON RB?

Completely out of curiosity i was wondering would the HKS CAMP 2 system work on an RB or SR....or for that matter any JDM engine because if im not mistaken the camp 2 uses an OBD II set up which correct me if im wrong is only on usdm vehicles?
