HKS ALC Installed,running as it should?

I just installed an HKS ALC on my car but i was wondering if it is running as it should. Green light is on and red light comes on every so often. I just can't feel a difference. In another post it said if i remove my foot from the gas the tachometer will remain at speed, but my lowers slowly.

Toward the end when rpm drops and goes up from 3200 to 2200 is me turning on and off the overdrive.
