It is anti-spamming (if you get reported for spamming, your account will be terminated), and you can delete your account whenever. They write you a company check or send to your Paypal directly ($10 for signing up).

it also says they will only pay u if u have earned over $25 for each payment period so i dont think u will be able to get that free $10 unless u do $15 of reading
