Dont look too bad, you could probably push it out from inside. But looks too deep under antenna, dont know if there is enough room down there from inside. It will probably be visible where bumper meets the body, dont think that area will be easy to return to before shape.

Noticed your from the north burbs, is there a lot of S chassis up there?Nice looking 240sx around Chi' are a rare breed, especially S14 Kouki's.

On the next day you have school. Look around the parking lot for people with a tad bit of your paint on their car. Don't be afraid to get nice and close to really make sure. Get their info and hold on to it. Apparently they either GO to your school or have business there.

Go private eye mode man! Sometimes the cops put priorities first. I know how much your car means to you, believe me. It is not stolen though so they are not going to put that much effort into anything. So you can do it!

Go to that same place you were parking, and maybe observe the people that drive right there... I am really tired, i tend to throw out crazy ideas when i am tired.

One Love,

Ghasty

It does seem like I can get into there and try something, there isnt a crease either so its a matter of how well it will come out.I can try and see what a local shop can do for me,

if anything I can always slap a sticker on it of a bandage lol maybe it will get better by itself over time ha

and yes

i <3 my 240

sux bigtime, I could never hit a car and just leave..not cool.

I would just get it fixed, it honestly doesn't look too bad. Overfenders? hell no, that would require you to cut the wheel wells out and virtually hack up your qp's. I would do overfenders if the qp was totally wrecked from a T-bone accident but, what you have looks like nothing at all.

Easy to repair. Not sure of how much room you have in the back of that panel, you can use a special air bladder or old deflated basketball with an air compressor to push most of the damage out with minimal stress to the metal.

I'm guessing you were not parked where any security cameras might have picked up the scene? When available, I always try to scope out security cameras and park in the line of view. I also try to NEVER park along the side of a street. Like someone else said, I'd rather walk in a monsoon or the bitter cold than come back to my car and see that kind of **** because of some dumb*** who can't drive! It was probably someone trying to talk on the cell phone and drive at the same time. Typical nowadays....

If you leave alone should be alone, I dont see bare metal so there should be no rust issues. If you can see bare metal, clean and paint. Any color will do just for temporary rust prevention.

Now I know how this is going to sound, but hear me out.here's how you fix it since it's such a tiny area to work in.Supplies:1) Hammer2) Little kid

Now you'll have to convince the little kid to climb into your trunk (promises of candy/ponies/whatever works.give them the hammer and tell them to reach down into the quarter panel and bang it out.

get the hammer back from them and leave them in the dust unless you do have the candy or pony on hand for them since they helped you out.Your QP is good as new

Just suck it up. Life sucks and people suck even more. Someone hit my car on New Years on the rear quarter. I'll just suck it up and fix it, no use getting my insurance involved. My insurance will go up and it'll cost more in the long run.
