I have zero deductible for my insuracne and they will be paying to replace the bumper and paint a new one.. I will also be getting them to paint the hood because it flew up and craped the hood by the driver headlight.

I don't know what type of bumper I want... I like the clean sleeper look but not sure what to go with...

Should I stick with the stock bumper or what should I do?

let me know what you guys think and if you have pictures of after market bumpers for the sedan that you think would look good!

First off, your bumper does NOT need to be replaced. Mine was actually cracked and they remanufactured it...a whole nother story.

As for a replacement bumper, if you're still going to go through with it, I'd say narrow your options to urethane bumpers. If you get a fiber glass (FRP is still fiberglass) or carbon fiber, you'll regret it the next time it gets slightly hit and shatters into a bunch of tiny sharp shards.

Also, be sure that they body shop uses a flex agent in the paint. This will make the paint more durable to minor pebbles and the like which should prevent the massive amount of chipping that occurs on our Gs.

One last thought...Actually two:

If you replace the bumper, get an aftermarket as you'll kick yourself later if you don't

Be sure that the aftermarket bumper sits at the same height as the stock one or be willing to find side skirts AND a rear bumper that all sit at the same height.

There aren't many options for aftermarket bumpers, that are poly any ways. The Nismo bumper is not an option for you as the 03-04 sedan has a different front end.
