My engine has been cranky lately. Anyone fixed this before? it's just the LCA, tension rod, tie rod, and ri m (obvious brokeness) Anything else I need to replace? Never *screwed* suspension up this bad before so first time for everything. I know the rim is screwed, and so is the tension rod and tie rod

Horrible pictures, as well as all that rust. Replacing suspension is easy, just make sure you get an alignment afterwards so nothing is off.

Tension rod is easy, 2 nuts and a bolt. Tie rod is fairly easy as well, Only a bolt, unless you have to replaces both inner AND outer tie rods, then you have to unscrew it from the steering rack--still easy.

The suspension looked neglected before, I also see some other rotting issues you may want to fix now

Yeah I got a get in my garage and fix all that. It's funny you say neglected, the tie rods, thension rods, and the strut are less than 2 years old. The only thing that's still original from when I bought it is the sway bar and end links. It's all the damn salt in the roads around here in the winter. I need to move south... The subframe looks like it didn't take any damage. The Tein tension rod snapped clean in half before that happend I think. So plus. I'm going to tear it down and rebuild it whenever I get the new parts in the mail. Going to swap my battleversion tension rods and tein tie rods, so I'm not too worried about the broken stuff, except the rim, because 5zigen FN10R-C's are gone now... Then align everything by hand. Thanks for all the help.

Yeah the end links looks like hell, I bet the bushings and clasp do to. but you have to take it all apart, means great mobility, so weld that up now before it becomes serious rot.

Looks like the same damage after my curb incident. I ended up replacing the wheel, control arms, tension rods, sway bar endlinks, and tie ends at first to make it drivable. The suspension didn't feel near right again until I replaced the inner tie rods, sway bar, and got an alignment. Good luck man!
