Creation of Databases on Microsoft SQL Server
Setup of IIS Web Services
Customization of proprietary Configuration files
Loading, testing and troubleshooting workflows once the software package is installed
Installing proprietary software which includes:
Perform server and system audits for customers
Verify SQL Server setup, application files, and configuration setups are all within standards
Assist with internal company initiatives as needed, including Education Sessions, Process Improvement events, QA, and documentation.
Learn new functionality and new technologies being released. Understand how to support both installing and live customers facing new releases. Proactively pass along recommendations to respective customers on which new features and benefits pertain to them.
