Hints on replacing transaxle oil seal???Help???

I have a 1997 Maxima, 5 speed, 3.0, I replaced the half shafts and the transaxle seals started leaking. I replaced the driver's side oil seal but can not reach or access the passenger side seal. Do I have to take the exhaust system, the engine structural member, etc off to access this.Are there any tricks to getting the existing seal to seal?Mileage = 130,000Thanks.
