Agree, great driver. Those little X1/9's were insanely fun, little sports cars in their day. Great handling like the modern Elise, and you could even climb in/out of 'em without straining yourself. Unfortunately, they were not built particularly well, rusted quickly, and pretty much melted whatever you put into the little rear trunk (though it did have a front trunk too). I loved driving them back in my youth.
