Hilarious Wiper problem, you got to check this out

Lately when I get in my 89 240sx, as soon as I start the car the wipers turn on for about 12-15 passes on the windshield, then shut off as if nothing was wrong and she was suppose to do it.

Any ideas what could be causing this? After this initial display everything functions as normal. Except for me laughing

My buddy did the sr swap and his do the same thing, it only passes like 3 or 3 times, its hilarious, i give him s*** for it every time.

Welp today it decided it didn't want to stop like it normally does.

Had to pull the fuse.

That's really strange... although I have seen it before in my parents' Suburban.

I dunno what the mechanic did to fix it, but I do know that it was a *****, especially when it rained. You had to get used to driving without them.

Yea i have a similar problem only i got so mad once i jus started pressin all the buttons in my car and realized that my rear defoggers were wat was settin em on and off. But now my wipers dont move at all...somethin electrical i assume?
