Highest Safe Boost On Stock Motor?

The car will have a FPR, and a 255 Walhbro, new cold plugs, and probably a intake. We are installing a manual boost controller.

What is considered a safe amount of boost on the stock bottom end? From past experience with turbo cars, I would personally think no more than 1 bar. What are your thoughts?

1 bar (14 psi) is good. Anything else, youd better run bigger injectors, bigger maf, some sort of ecu programming (afc works).

i can only get 11 psi before boost cut
