Highest mileage 240s

whats the highest mileage 240 you guys have seen? My car just rolled over 160k miles and my SR is going on 60k... I know that probably not even close to the highest though.

my old 89 had over 230 when i got it. i ran it to over 255, original motor.

Hit 180,XXX miles on a 92 coupe. Not the nearly the highest, but engine still very strong. Throw out bearing just went, 2nd gear and 3rd gear syncros wearing, and timing chain noise, and buying it used still has a small odor.

Still fun to drive.

Mine has 254,750 atm, still running strong just got a new clutch/pressure plate/to bearing/pilot bearing/flywheel/slave cylinder and rebuilt my master cylinder last weekend and drove it 300 miles home through the mountains. It pulls hard as **** too. Compression 170 across the board too =D

150k on mine. got the timing chain noise and 3rd gears syncros going also, but still runs great. gonna get my timing chain done soon so hopefully I can get another 100k

I dont think it rebulit i think he boosting on the 200k motor crazy Ka's take a beating and still run strong 128k 175Cr and thats the low cyl

About 220K miles before I swapped engines. The old one still ran strong, I just went forget pistons for the turbo install.

My girls 92 coupe has 240,XXX miles but runs way stonger than my 90 hatch with 150,XXX miles.

My 90' has 208,XXX miles on it and still runs strong. Automatic sure sucks the power out though. Whoever designed that transmission should be shot! 5spds should have been the only option blah
