Can anyone help me with my high beams being stuck in the on position. And, the level will not work in the on position. If I just have on the parking lights, I can flick the high beams on. Suggestions please?

it may be a faulty turn signal combination switch.. that assembly controls the switch from highs to low and obviously the turn signals.. runs about $200 from the stealership, uh Dealership, and you have to remove the steering wheel casing to get at it.. I would check to make sure all relays, wires, etc are good first though

If it is the switch, they are relatively easy to pull apart. I had to pull apart my M30 switch before as they run the highs and lows at the same time with the high beam switch on, which is terrible for long distance viewing at night, so I swapped a plastic piece from a Maxima to turn off the lows when the highs were on.

There are three little buttons in the switch that a plastic piece slides over to activate in various positions. If its just one of the buttons, you could take the switch apart and lube it up or something.

This happened to me too, but it was my viper car alarm, I had to unhook the battery... and rehook it again, issue fixed... Though it happens occaisionally when I forget to turn the car all the way off and try to lock the doors in the on position (not engine on)...

i just had this same problem, but a little different high beams were in the on position and wouldnt shut off when i had my headlights on, so i checked all other lights and noticed i also didnt have tail lights. i noticed my interior lights were not working so i went to the fuse box and the third fuse over from the left on the top row was blown, i beleive it was for the interior lights. i replaced the fuse and everything is back to normal. so check to see if that fuse is blown, i hope this helps

Yes, its your Clearance Illumi fuse, happens quite a bit and if you would have searched in the tech section you would have found several threads on this issue.
