Highbeam Help

My 91 240sx highbeams don not work headlamps were no help. I have a chilton's manual wiring diagram and it shows a "headlight relay 1". Does anyone know where it is located? From what I can see it is not located in the engine compartment fuse Block.

yea, under the airbox is the fuse box where the headlight relays are.
