Highbeam Help 91 240sx?

My 91 240sx highbeams do not work, new headlamps were no help. I have a chiltons manual and the wiring diagram shows a "headlight relay 1". Does anyone know where this is located?

wiggle the head light switch while pointing at a wall with the headlights in the highbeam position. if the high beams flicker it is definitly the switch. if nothing happens try flipping the flash to pass feature if you have it. if they work its the switch. basically your switch has most likely failed internally. but check all your fuses first since that woiuld be the first thing to check.
