im looking to order some injectors from AMS, but in the drop down box when you order it wants you to specify high z or low z.. im not sure what this means. what injectors will fit right in without having to do any modifications like a resistor box or anything.

also does ams make good injectors, cause they are fairly cheap.

get high impedance side-feed injectors if you're using the stock fuel rail on a ka24de

Dont bother with low imp unless your going for large injectors. 1000cc + and a stand alone EMS.

low impedence is never going to be as good as stock high impedence injectors unless you're on aem ems...

deatschwerks sells sidefeed high z, and ams has top feed high z injectors too, if you really want to switch to top feed- they're alot easier to install/remove than sidefeed, and as long as they're high z, and you cut/splice correct injector connectors they'll work fine.

The ONLY thing you need to take from this thread is that the 240SX requires high imp injectors. Low imp will NOT work with the factory ecu with or without a piggyback.

Don't try to sell me on using resistors either, not worth the hassle.

High Imp side or top feed injectors are what you want.
