High Voltage Signal to Rear O2

Hi. I just took my 95 240sx to a Nissan dealer. They said the voltage signal from the rear O2 is too high, 2.55V, which causes the error code 77. I have just replaced the rear O2. What can cause a high voltage signal from rear O2? It's difficult for me to get underneath the car, so I can’t perform the EC-165 test myself. Does anyone know a reliable Nissan mechanic who can perform the test? I live in San Diego, CA. The dealer did not do the EC-165 test for the one hour of diagnostic I paid, they want more money for it.
