high speed balanced or not?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I have this posted on the turboforums.com site but i guess they dont know enough to help me! If i put bigger compressor wheel in my turbo which is freshly rebuilt do I need to have the whole thing high speed balanced? The wheel itself is already balanced but I was wondering if the whole thing had to be. I cant find anywhere here in Tennessee that does this balancing though so I hope I dont have to, but all logic tells me I will.

Why not call one of the big turbo rebuilders, like Majestic Turbo or something? I bet they would know...I also know they could balance it for you!

I've seen plenty of people swap turbo wheels and such without having them balanced.
