high rpm issue

hey my sr20 swapped 95 240sx is having some problems. it feels like there is no power. also at high rpms it studders and pops and doesnt accelerate hard at all. it seemed like it started after i washed my motor but im not sure. also i had a fuse blow. i dont know if those are related. thank you.

another thing is i just got a new bov because my old one was only working at high boost levels. the new one works fine.
