??? the engine rpm is rising... the engine working, something is not transfering power of the engine..Why do you doubt the clutch? its more likely then anything elsesince its the only part of your drive train that can partialy transfer power...
flywheel bolted to crank, so there will be no slipping there, its either attached or not. from flywheel is going to spin the clutch, were the pressure of the springs in side lock the pressure plate to the flywheel. Clutch turns input shaft of the trans which turns gears that are either meshed or not, wich turns outputshaft wich is splined to the driveshaft and again to the diff.
There aren't many places that can slip...You do mean that RPMS rise like the engine is accelerating normaly, but the car moves slowly right? and it is a 5speed?
