If you have the equipment to make hydraulic hoses and the necessary fittings, you'll be fine.
That's really all it is. A high pressure hose with special fittings.
If you came make a hydraulic hose that handles 4500PSI, you can make a power steering hose.
The challenge MIGHT be the fittings.
If you can, remove the hose and go to a tractor shop. Like a New Holland or John Deere dealer. Or a specialized hydraulic shop. If they can get the right ends, they can make you a hose.

Ditto ^^ . The only special parts to an OEM hose are the ends, but the hose itself can be sorted out with standard supplies.
With my M45, I took the high pressure PS hose to a Parker distributor, and they cut and reused the special fittings.
If you have some time, check out this video.
