Anyone have a video or link for removal and installation of a high pressure power steering hose for an 05 Q45?

just take it slow, and dont force anything to much. the stickes are searchable just type in q45 stickies

Stickies are threads that have already been made and saved. Normally they are only useful threads such as How-to-Blank, and Specifications...

They are called stickies, because they have been "stickied" which is just a fancy way of saying they are saved, etched in stone, and archived.
