high pressure power steering hose for '94 J30?

My 94 j30 has a steering prob. I cant turn the wheel and it leaks all the fluid! It tuns out i need to replace the high pressure power steering hose but it is not available anywhere. I cant even get it in junk yard! Any ideas where i can get it or alternatives? Can I use newer hoses?thanks

Check out this thread... same idea should work on the J if it's a leak in the hose portion.
