High pitch sound when I start in the morning

I have a 2005 G35 sedan with 120k miles. I recently changed the radiator, fans and while I was in there changed the belts. In the morning when I start it up it makes a real high pitch shrilling sound when started and then goes away after 30-45 seconds. Only does this when starting up. Any ideas or recommendations? Thanks
