High pitch noise after Power steering rack replaced

Just had my Power Steering Rack replaced today at a New Jersey dealership after it failed Weds night.
The car now has a high pitch noise when driving forward and in reverse. The car when standing still or turning the wheel makes no noise. The dealer is hour and half away. I am from Boston and had to have the car towed there while on a trip. Any thought's what could be making the noise. Could I drive it back to my Infiniti dealer in Boston?

You can take it any dealer...they are all on the same 'network' and should be able to see vehicle records at any location.

Ilya Thank you I have both at M35x 06 and now a M37x 2012 I am going to take it to a local shop to see what the issue is will post what it was

RSw is the pitch when you accelerate from a stop position and then it goes away? I have the same issue but did not get the steering rack replaced yet. How much was it to replace?

The steering rack was $2360,35 all in on my M37x
