Will do !!
Installed them last night.
I will need to mod the lens cover for the trunk light because the LED stick is alot taller than
the itty bitty bulb. :)
Will post pics tonight after sundown.

Another l.e.d. idea:

I liked swimsharks angel eyes, but I wanted to try something a little different so I went along the lines of the Audi style headlights. Ordered a pack of l.e.d.s off ebay and hit up the local radioshack for some resistors and wiring and went to town. This is only a mock up and wanted some feedback from you guys to see if you had any suggestions. Thanks

Looks pretty sweet !!!!
I have been thinking of adding the LED strips they sell when I get around to installing the Angel Eyes Swimshark made for me.

Been busy working on my other cars and work is a beast right now.
Put a Waterpump in the Wifes Caravan Sunday then my Alternator puked in the J yesterday.
Sure Glad the Zone has a lifetime warranty. :gapteeth:
FYI if they let you go through all the pumps they have in stock chances are you will find a remanned Nissan Alt.
I have both times !

To minimize wires, you can run 4 parallel rows of 4 l.e.d.s in series with a 150ohm resistor on each series. I just did them individually for the mock up.

Ugh i should of known that, but my knowledge is kinda foggy right now!

Now time to hijack this thread ! lol sorry

:offtopic: :help:

Not to hijack your thread but after searching i've realized that most all of you have HID lights already lol and most of ya'll are looking at this topic so, I got me Xentec on ebay installed them, driver side had a flickering candle like thing. the passenger may have a tiny flick but don't really notice it. I did the plug n play at first but then put made a harness and actually soldered all connections. Still has the same flicker, swapped bulbs around and flicker went to other side. All i want to know have any of ya'll had a problem with HID's in the J30?

Anyone more experienced in the field of HID's? this a bulb or ballast problem if the the J's

Thanks!

No complaints !!
Get the relay that draws start up amps straight from the battery ,
Saves a big alternator hit !!

@ Yoda: Ugh i saw the link on another post i found searching and saw they have the 55w ones for like 40$ I did though make my own relay that pulls it from the battery, same as those kits online but home made, sadly i did use the connector plugs that came with the kit and but them to make my harness, idk if i can return it but if that ebay seller doesn't reply soon i'm gonna handle it with ebay and paypal to get my money back, and get that jdm 55w one.

Well thanks for the replys, just wanted to make sure i didn't screw up or forgot to install a resistor or capacitor somewhere, i've seen videos on youtube where on certain cars you have to insert a component to make it work right...
