I seem to be getting pretty high oil pressure numbers compared to other people and I'm curious to see if anyone might know whats going on.

THis is my 2nd SR, and both seem to have shown similar numbers.

I am using an Autometer electonic gauge, and it shows aroudn 75psi at idle when cold, when it warms up, it shows around 70psi at crusing RPMS (2000-3000) and at idle warm it shows around 25 psi.

Well I recently fixed an oil leak, and switched to 15w50 oil, and my pressure sending unit died the next day. I figured that maybe the sender was bad from the start since its not that old, so I got a new sender and now its showing even higher pressure. Its showing 75psi at cruising speed and 35ish at warm idle. I have the sender attached to my greddy oil relocation block, where the filter screws on.

Are these numbers high, if so, why would they be so high, and would just fixing an oil leak and going to a thicker oil cause an increase in pressure?

Your numbers are fine. When it comes to oil pressure, you really only need to worry about having too little.

I have tried both the autometer sender that I'm supposed to use, and a sunpro sender (couldn't find an Autometer sender when I needed it, and the sunpro is the same PSI rating) and the readings were within 2-3 psi of each other, it just seems kinda high to me is all, and I was curious as to why since I see other people quite a bit lower than me. I'm also able to hit 100PSI when its cold in the morning.

Ya - that's about 15-20psi more than my autometer electric reads. My sender just stopped working - are there any other senders that work that might last longer than one year??

I talked to a guy at a small parts store here in my town, and he pretty much said that any electric pressure sender, as long as its calibrated to the same PSI readings as the gauge. Example, AUtometer 100psi sender, should be the same as the Sunpro 100psi sender. Hooked up in my car, they do seem to be showing very similar numbers. I don't really know of a way to test them for sure though.

What I can tell you, is the best price I was able to find on the Autometer sender was $29.99 plus shipping, and the entire sunpro gauge with sender and wiring and stuff was $29.99 and Autozone had it on the shelf. Thats why I took a shot and tried it. It does seem to work, but I can't tell you for sure if its as acurate or how long it will last.
