I finally got around to getting my 300zxTT project running after almost 4 years of building and procrastinating. I started it for the first time last night and seen that it pegged out my 100psi oil pressure mechanical autometer gauge. This has me very worried. Never had to deal with too much oil pressur so i have no clue really where to start on this. The engine is a fresh built vg30dett with a forged bottom end, all bearings have the proper clearance per oe spec. Has new oem oil pump, nissan oil filter. Has a bigger oil cooler, ashspec oil feed setup to the turbos. JWT600 turbos. Right now i have 5w20 oil in it for the break in. Have only ran the engine for about 30 seconds because the pressure has me worried and i dont want to blow out any seals. like i said in the beginning, i have never had to deal with high oil pressure situations so i have no clue really where to start on diagnosing the issue. any advice is greatly appreciated.

Welcome!
Did you do the engine work, or a shop? If a shop I'd be contacting them ASAP and let them deal with it as a warrantee issue but if YOU did the work, only you can know what you've done and possibly where to check if you had some issue along the way...or it's time to tear it back down and recheck everything.
Not sure what other choices there are...
