High miles, what to expect

I recently bought my first 240 sx, its a 1989. It has 206,000 miles on the engine and body. My question is what is the tendency on these cars as far as problems associated with high miles?

sorry, I have like 3 sec. to type and wasted some explaining this but anyway. I will update this later with more info but check hoses for cracking, rust and ....right, cracking. Things will be old and used so watch out. Big miles.

shot suspension bushings, hoses, rust on the frame rails under the car and around the strut towers, oil pump, pay attention for a rattling sound at startup. The timing chain guides are a problem on the SOHC (89-90), sound could also be a bad oil pump. Both must have been changed at least once if the motor has 206k on it. Any other thing you'd associate with a high mileage, 18 yr old car. Big things are these though. I'm sure partymonster will add some more stuff too.
