How annoying - anyway - I've got 138XXX on my 97. . .

Thought that was some high miles for a 97. But unlike some of you, with 2XX,XXX miles, I have oil leaks out the ying yang.
i got 198k on my 97

swapped the KA out at 188k. was perfect running condition as well.just didn't care for it.

I'm almost embarrassed to have a mere 209K on my 94 vert. I'll drive more, I promise.

My temp gauge rises if the key is turned on but the car isn't, which is really weird. His car is running though...

Anyway, I am about to hit 205,000 and my trip meter just broke the rest of the way!

yes i am aware of the temp. but its an sr with the stock ka temp sender to the gauge or something like that, so it reads high on the temp gauge. that is normal operation temperature. but at that time, the car was only sitting, i never really drove it because it wasn't registered yet. since then i've gotten an aftermarket water temp gauge for it and at that point right there, it is about 175 F or 79 C which is ok.

Newest member of our family, I bought it for my daughter to drive(hence an automatic.) Cost was $500 and it needs a new radiator(I've found one for $90 at a local radiator shop. Also needs an alternator to get running. Before I put those on I'm replacing the valve cover gasket and trans filter and gasket. It has 201,000 miles on the original KA24E. Body has very little rust and interior is great. Just a base model but a good first car for her. Can't wait to get it running again!

Ok so it's not a 240, it's my '90 VW Golf(well, more like putt-putt), and the odometer's been broken since before I bought it.

I've got roughly 253k on chassis and bout 150k on my dohc. I had the original sohc with same miles as chassis but swapped it for dohc back in jan. Now I have a new gauge for dohc...so I don't have a pic of my mileage yet.

By the way that red hatch(piggy) is beautiful. Man that's a score. Brutal.
