High idle

I have a 08 coupe 3.5 that has a high idle start up problem. The car always starts in high idle regardless of the outside temperature. The initial RPM is about 2700 then backs down to 1900 and stays there for a couple minutes before dropping to normal (800). The problem is that it starts this way regardless of the ambient temperature (90F/25F Florida). A hot engine is the only time it starts normal. The Nissan dealer reprogrammed the ECM, which did not help, then said this is normal. I have had the car for 3 years and this started happening about a year ago. Any ideas before I take it another Nissan dealer? Thanks
