High Idle

So, recently the idle on my QX4 is about 1250 - 1750 RPM. What gives? Anyone got any ideas on how to bring it back to normal?

Mine did that for a while. Cleaned the MAF and the throttle plate and ran seafoam through the gas tank. Seemed to take care of it.

Thanks. I'll clean the TB and MAF. Sometimes I forget the simple stuff.
