High idle Rb20 -ANNOYING#(&%

I was going to post here earlier but this is really getting on my NERVES!!

So sometimes my car idles fine, at around 1.2k rpm (which still is a bit high)
Sometimes when i cold start my car, it idles at 2k rpm, and will go down, most of the time not. Sometimes it'll bump up to 2.5-3k and sit their, my god i want to pop the heck out of my clutch and take it sideways!!!#

If im at a stop light most of the time my idle is at 1.5k or 2k rpm, ill put it in 5th and make rpms go down to 1k but itll bump up to 1.2-4k and that's whatever doesn't bother me too much..

I have a rb20, my A/F aem gauge reads a pretty steady 14.8 , i also have a safc II apexi- but i don't know how to use that.. sometimes when car comes to stop, and rpms drop, it'lll want to die, i tap gas peddle once, and its steady at 1.2k

I have basic bolt ons, full exhaust, turbo mani filter, fmic, walbaro 255, psi is around 15, car doesn't run rich nor lean. doesnt burn oil or coolant. Pulls hard, everything is fine except that annoying a** problem, damnit.

Maybe a vacuum leak,idel control valve

some nissan iacv's need a coolant line to control the idle, are there any unused lines going to your idle air control valve?
