High Idle on a 1987 Nissan Pickup D21 4 cyl

Hello .... I have a 1987 D21 4 cyl pickup that has a very high idle that I can't seem to fix. Once it warms up, the idle calms down but it takes too long. Before I start swaping out parts ... any ideas? Thanks!
