high idle??????? help help help ka24de

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

the other night while driving home, i stopped at a stop light and my car started idling at 1500 rpms. no vacuum leaks, did find a burned up ground wire. any one have any ideas. help

have u done a 5spd swap and are using the auto ecu and harness? if so then that will happen. mine has the swap and sometimes it idles at that rpm. if not, then i am not sure.

harness and ecu are out of a manual carbut the motor is from an auto car that i converted.
