I have done the 5 speed swap on a 1993 240sx recently. car runs good. but the idle is crazy high. it stays at 1700rpm.

I also had avi removed.

please give me some advice thanks

Uh, can't you just drop the idle down?

sorry. i dont quite understand. did you mean using the valve screw thing to adjust the idle. if that case. i've read some instruction. but i am still confusing on the operation. could you give me more info on that please?

and i am running the auto ECU. but others are also running auto ecu on a s13. but they seemed dont have the high idle problem.

Well most I did had a higher idle with the Auto ECU, and after clutching in they took awhile to lose revs -- very annoying. Borrow a friends Manual ecu and see what happens...
